Black cowboy coffee & waffles is a pop-up cafe recreating the pioneering and daring spirit of the old west, coffee was a constant companion.
The role of Black Cowboy’s was pivotal in the creation of the iconic image of the Cowboy as we have come to know. They performed many roles, as trail leaders, drivers, outriders, Chuck Wagon cooks and more. The one thing that always kept the Cowboys going in the treachery and dangerous plains of the American West was,- a good strong brew of Black Coffee. There are many stories told of how a good brew was always the highlight of a long trail day, especially after the often unpredictable expertise of the Chuck Wagon Cook. Black Cowboy Coffee and Waffles is a journey of taste, honour, and respect for those pioneers of the old West.
